KermitTheFraggerHi! I've installed iDempiere 5.1 stable and am running into an issue when running the initial client setup08:43
KermitTheFraggerthe exception i'm getting is: WARNING: org.idempiere.process.InitialClientSetup08:43
KermitTheFraggerjava.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.idempiere.process.InitialClientSetup cannot be found by org.adempiere.base_5.1.0.v20180705-150608:43
KermitTheFraggerWhich on first sight would indicate some botched OSGi import however since it's the initial client setup I would expect to able to find that in the issue tracker if that was a known bug.08:47
KermitTheFraggerso im suspecting im doing something wrong08:49
CarlosRuizHi KermitTheFragger08:57
CarlosRuizyou can try the same on the test servers - if that's working on test servers - most possible is an issue with your installation08:57
KermitTheFraggerok i'll do that. I must admit that i'm running on SmartOS (ie. Solaris) though I don't think that should change much08:58
KermitTheFraggerI use the '-alt' scripts for everything08:58
KermitTheFraggerhm works in this: https://demo.globalqss.com/ test environment09:09
KermitTheFraggerlooks like i have some digging to do09:10

KermitTheFraggerI've updated to the latest daily 5.1 build. But I'm still getting the: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.idempiere.process.InitialClientSetup cannot be found by org.adempiere.base_5.1.0.v20180717-042912:01
KermitTheFraggerI ran 'setup-alt.sh' and start the server with './idempiere-server.sh' so I don't really see anything special about this installation12:02
KermitTheFraggerAll of the other stuff in the webinterface seems to work normally12:03
KermitTheFraggerI can generate reports, etc.12:04

KermitTheFraggerhm seems some bundles of iDempiere just didn't start12:23
KermitTheFraggerOne of them is 'org.adempiere.base.process'. Which is odd since it also uses runlevel 4. It just hung as resolved. I could manually start it without any exceptions12:24
Not-1c09[IDEMPIERE] carlosruiz_globalqss updated IDEMPIERE-3749 assignee set to "Hiep Lq"12:30
Not-1c09[IDEMPIERE] http://idempiere.atlassian.net/browse/IDEMPIERE-374912:30
KermitTheFraggerAm I wrong in assuming these should all just start instead of being lazy loaded or something?12:31

KermitTheFraggerI now noticed that a whole slew of bundles keep hanging on starting12:34
KermitTheFraggerright, seems everything is marked as lazy started.13:12
KermitTheFraggerwhich apparently makes stuff hang in "starting" instead of resolved?13:12
KermitTheFraggerI think I see it. iDempiere tries to find 'org.idempiere.process.InitialClientSetup' but that should be 'org.adempiere'... Need to look in to how that happend. Maybe I used the database seed of master?13:21
CarlosRuizyes - that sounds like a modified seed13:25

KermitTheFraggerI don't understand what is happening here. I've dropped the database and imported the database again. I even verified what was in the seed:13:53

KermitTheFraggerHowever if I go to report process it lists the class as: org.idempiere.process.InitialClientSetup13:53
KermitTheFraggerok never mind I got it, i'm being dense13:55
